This Privacy Policy explains how Beacon Sono LLC ("Beacon Sono," "we," "us") handles information in connection with beaconsono.com (the "Site") and the digital sonography education products we sell.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few limited ways:

• Information you provide directly. If you email us, this includes your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share in that message.
• Purchase information. Our digital guides are sold through Stan Store (stan.store), a third-party e-commerce platform. When you buy a guide, Stan Store collects the information needed to complete the purchase (such as your name, email address, and payment details) and may share limited order information with us — for example, your name, email address, and which product you purchased — so we can respond to support questions about your order.
• Standard technical information. Like any hosted website, ours automatically generates ordinary web server information (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) as part of normal operation. This is handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, as a routine part of delivering the Site.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to questions and provide customer support
• Fulfill and support the purchase of our digital guides
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Site
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Purchases & Payment Processing

All purchases are made through Stan Store at stan.store/BeaconSono, not directly on this Site. Your payment card and billing details are collected and processed by Stan Store and its payment processor(s) under their own privacy and security practices — Beacon Sono does not receive or store your complete payment card information. 4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run the Site and sell our products, each governed by its own privacy practices:

• Stan Store — checkout, payment processing, and digital delivery of our guides
• Netlify — website hosting
• Google Fonts — the Site loads typefaces from Google's font servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which involves your browser connecting directly to Google to retrieve those font files

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Beacon Sono does not use its own advertising or analytics cookies on this Site. The Site does not currently include an analytics platform, advertising pixel, or newsletter sign-up. Loading Google Fonts (see above) involves a routine request to Google's servers, and our hosting provider may perform standard technical logging as part of operating the Site securely.

6. Data Retention

We retain the information described in this policy only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, support your purchase, or comply with our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or retained only in de-identified form. Purchase and payment records are retained by Stan Store according to its own retention practices.

You may email us at info@beaconsono.com to ask what information we hold about you from your direct communications with us, or to request that we correct or delete it, and we will respond as legally and technically feasible. Because purchases are processed by Stan Store, requests related to your payment or order records (such as billing details or receipts) should be directed to Stan Store directly.

Beacon Sono's content and products are intended for sonography students and practicing healthcare professionals, not children. Our website and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
