Beacon Sono's guides are digital, downloadable products. Because you receive immediate access to the full content upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Accidental or duplicate purchases
• Failure to download or use a guide you've purchased
• Dissatisfaction with a guide after you've accessed its content
